Design Thinking at AT&T
About
A groundbreaking initiative carried out by AT&T to bring design upfront in the process and bring a change to the culture with the aim of benefiting the customers and increase value to the business. Design Thinking was introduced at AT&T.
My Role
I trained at IBM Design Thinking workshops to run pilot projects and be a facilitator. Collaborating closely with people from different disciplines like Design, Development, Business, Technical Architecture, I assessed Design Thinking with pilot projects at AT&T. After its success, I created an education plan and a strategy of implementation.

Workshop plan
I created a detailed plan for a 3-day Design Thinking workshop. This included a series of well-planned hands-on exercises accompanied by presentations and videos.

The Workshop
I had the pleasure of hosting Design Thinking workshops for AT&T projects and showcase the value of design and human-centered approach to people who were completely new to this methodology.

Summary
All workshop participants gave rave reviews about Design Thinking and its facilitation. They showed eagerness to utilize this framework in their future projects.
