Design Thinking at AT&T

About

A groundbreaking initiative carried out by AT&T to bring design upfront in the process and bring a change to the culture with the aim of benefiting the customers and increase value to the business. Design Thinking was introduced at AT&T.

My Role

I trained at IBM Design Thinking workshops to run pilot projects and be a facilitator. Collaborating closely with people from different disciplines like Design, Development, Business, Technical Architecture, I assessed Design Thinking with pilot projects at AT&T. After its success, I created an education plan and a strategy of implementation.
